Executive Assistant ( Part Time- Flexible Hours)

Because Margit David is not the typical fashion company, as we create custom pieces and deal with our clients on a one on one basis, we expect our employees to perform on a more personal level. Fashion assistants need be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, work well in a team, and be knowledgeable and passionate about the industry.
Some responsibilities include:
*Scheduling private client appointments, as well as with buyers of boutiques.
*Staying on top of our calendar
*Making sure our showroom is organized and spotless.
*Organizing photo shoots and hiring independent contractors who fit the job for it.
*Help organize sample sales.
*Assist in fittings, and sometimes holding fittings on your own. ( that means being able to take measurements, sketching, and pinning where alterations are needed)
